Exchange & Returns Policy

  • To ensure a smooth exchange or return please inform us within 3 days of products received and exchanged need to be made within 7 days (local) & 15 days (International).
  • Please email [email protected] with your name, phone number, order number, and reason for return or exchange.
  • All products that are being returned must be in the same condition as received, we will not accept opened or partially used items unless there's a manufacturer's defect.
  • Food Or Medical items can only be returned or exchanged if you receive a damaged or defective item as storage conditions are cannot be guaranteed and would be a food and safety issue if stored inappropriately.
  • All delivery or shipping cost associated with exchange or returns would be covered by the customers. For customers in Singapore, you could also go directly to one of our retail shops to expedite the returns or exchange.
  • We will gladly accept any exchanges (except those stated above) that are fully sealed and are in the same conditioned as received within 7 days with no question asked.
  • For customers who have made the payment at our retail shops, please bring our shops' receipt, and NETS or credit card charge slip.
  • Please verify your order when you received your products, The Diabetic Shop strive for 100% accuracy of all orders taken, and we want you to be satisfied with our products and service.
